Please note that Opal Ridge has strict guidelines for being a parent for our puppies and reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Completion of an Application are required. There is also a mandatory visit needed to let the Opal Ridge staff get to know you and help you find the perfect puppy for you. Please fill out the application below. Thank you.
How can I apply to adopt an Opal Ridge Puppy
In order to adopt an Opal Ridge Puppy, you must complete BOTH of the following forms. We will keep all applications on file and recommend you contacting us occasionally to let us know you are still interested in a puppy.

Is there a way to know when new litters are expected?
Yes! And thank you for asking. We welcome you to sign up for our Puppy Update Newsletter. While you're at it, feel free to sign up for our Puppy Tips Newsletter too.
How often does Opal Ridge have puppies available?
We love our beautiful babies, so we only have puppies available when we are certain there is no danger to the mother to carry puppies. Therefore, we do not always have puppies available and some litters are even spoken for in advance. We carefully screen all applicants to be sure there is a good fit for both the new parent and the puppy.
I am interested in having my dog groomed at Opal Ridge. What do I need to do?
We love having new friends visit us! Please fill out the Getting to Know You Grooming form, Grooming Release form, and the Emergency Vet Authorization form for us to keep on file. Then contact us for your appointment. Be sure to check out our grooming information.
You show that you offer mid-woofing services. How do I find out more about the service and possibly schedule my dam for these services?
